It is a long discussed issue if the Death Penalty is useful or it is speaking against humanity. The world is split about that issue.
Why we are killing people, who are killing people - to show that killing is wrong? In my opinion the death penalty is wrong. By killing people who have done something wrong - we can't help the society and the person to solve this problem, with killing them. The last couple years gave us a lot of statistical facts. Where everybody can see that in other countries without using the death penalty are not as many crimes as here in the United States.
Capital Punishment is the inflection of the death penalty for the commission of certain crimes. A legal execution - society ultimate sanction - has existed as long as has human culture.
